My Story
I find that football nostalgia is an inspiring source for a storyteller. Born in Pisa, I have been a football writer for Serie A and B in the 80s and 90s: a football ground is where I feel at my best. I’m passionate about English football and a Fulham fan. Inevitably, I ended up living a few yards from the Craven Cottage, in London, since 2004. I am old enough to enjoy all things Subbuteo: playing, collecting, and trying my hand at Subbuteo’s miniature art.
Trovo che il pallone sia una fonte inesauribile di storie. Cronista di serie A e B negli anni Ottanta e Novanta, mi sento a mio agio in uno stadio o leggendo un libro di sport. Da sempre appassionato di calcio inglese, vivo a Londra dal 2004 e tifo Fulham. Da ragazzo di mezza età ho riscoperto la gioia del Subbuteo: colleziono, esploro l’arte basculante e gioco.
